Return Window
- Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date
- Discovery Set: 30 days from delivery date (special offer)
- Defective Products: 30 days from delivery date
- Wrong Item Sent: 30 days from delivery date
What Can Be Returned
✅ Returnable Items
- • Unopened full-size fragrances
- • Discovery Sets (used or unused)
- • Gift sets in original packaging
- • Defective or damaged products
- • Wrong items sent by mistake
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- • Opened full-size fragrances (hygiene reasons)
- • Items damaged by customer misuse
- • Products without original packaging
- • Items returned after return window
- • Personalized or custom items

Our Discovery Sets can be returned even if opened and tested. We want you to find your perfect scent risk-free!

We'll email you return instructions and details on how to ship your item back to us.
Package & Ship
Pack items securely in original packaging and drop off at designated shipping location.
Processing
We'll process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days
Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Product price + shipping (if defective/wrong item)
- Partial Refund: Product price only (customer returns)
- Discovery Set: Full refund including shipping
- Gift Sets: Must return complete set for full refund
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for your desired product
- We'll prioritize processing your new order once we receive your return
Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Products
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll provide return instructions
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- Expedited replacement if desired
Wrong Item Sent
- We'll send the correct item immediately
- We'll arrange for pickup of the wrong item
- No charges for return shipping
- Expedited shipping on correct item
Lost Packages
- We'll investigate with the shipping carrier
