How are Aséa fragrances different from the original designer fragrances?

Aséa fragrances are inspired by luxury perfumes but are our original creations. We use premium French fragrance oils and expert craftsmanship to create scents that capture the essence of designer fragrances while offering better longevity (6-12 hours vs typical 3-6 hours) and value. Each fragrance has its own unique character while maintaining the sophisticated DNA that made the originals famous.

What is the concentration of your perfumes?

All Aséa fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration with 20-25% fragrance oil content. This is higher than most designer fragrances which typically range from 15-20%. The higher concentration means better longevity, stronger sillage, and better value as you need less product per application.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are dermatologically tested and free from harmful chemicals. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use. Our products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, and cruelty-free.

How long do Aséa perfumes last on the skin?

Longevity varies by fragrance and individual skin chemistry: Pétals (6-8 hours), Rougé (8-10 hours), Empress (10-12 hours), Gracé (8-9 hours), and Ravén (10-12 hours). Factors affecting longevity include skin type (oily skin holds fragrance longer), application areas, weather, and activity level. Pro tip: Apply to pulse points and moisturized skin for best results.

What is the Discovery Set and why should I try it?

Our Discovery Set includes all 5 Aséa fragrances in 5ml travel-friendly sizes for ₹499 (50% off regular price). It's perfect for finding your signature scent without committing to a full bottle. Plus, you get a ₹200 credit toward any full-size purchase, making it essentially free. The set comes in a beautiful gift box and includes fragrance cards with application tips.

How do I choose the right fragrance for me?

Consider your personality and lifestyle: Pétals for everyday elegance, Rougé for confidence and power, Empress for sophisticated occasions, Gracé for romantic moments, and Ravén for evening allure. We recommend starting with our Discovery Set to test all fragrances. Also consider the seasons - lighter scents for summer (Pétals, Gracé) and deeper scents for winter (Rougé, Ravén).

Are these exact copies of designer fragrances?

No, Aséa fragrances are not copies or dupes. They are original creations inspired by the world's most beloved luxury fragrances. We study what makes these scents special and reimagine them with our own artistic interpretation, often improving longevity and projection while maintaining the sophisticated character that made the originals famous.

What sizes are available?

Currently, we offer 50ml bottles for all fragrances at ₹999. This size provides excellent value - approximately 600-800 sprays or 4-6 months of daily use. We also offer the Discovery Set with 5ml sizes of all fragrances. We're planning to introduce 100ml bottles and travel atomizers based on customer demand.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik), EMI options on orders above ₹3000, and Cash on Delivery (COD) with a ₹50 additional charge. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is it safe to order from your website?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay/PayU, trusted by millions of Indian businesses. We never store your payment information on our servers. Look for the padlock symbol in your browser to confirm secure connection. We're also PCI DSS compliant.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at orders@asea.in or WhatsApp. After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified. If you need to make changes after this time, you can refuse delivery and we'll process a full refund once the package returns to us.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. Simply select the "Gift Wrap" option at checkout and add a personalized message (up to 150 characters). Our gift wrap includes premium paper, ribbon, and a handwritten note. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

How do promo codes work?

Enter your promo code at checkout in the designated field. Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive discount codes. First-time customers get 10% off with code FIRST10.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping is ₹99 for metro cities and ₹149 for other locations. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for ₹199 for metros and ₹249 for other cities. Cash on Delivery incurs an additional ₹50 charge.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for metros, 5-7 days for Tier 2/3 cities, 7-10 days for remote areas. Express Delivery: 1-2 days for metros, 2-3 days for other cities. We ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. You'll receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We're working on international shipping and expect to launch in Q2 2025 for UAE, Singapore, USA, and UK. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with tracking information and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by entering your order number and email on our tracking page.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact us within 24 hours at support@asea.in with your order number and photos. We'll arrange for a free replacement to be sent within 48 hours. No need to return the damaged product.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within 2 hours of order placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment system and addresses cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at orders@asea.in if you need to change your address. For future orders, please double-check your address before confirming.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened full-size bottles and a 30-day window for our Discovery Set (even if opened). Products must be in original packaging with seals intact (except Discovery Set). To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

Can I return an opened perfume?

Full-size bottles cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations. However, our Discovery Set can be returned within 30 days even if all samples are used - we want you to find your perfect scent risk-free! If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we'll replace it regardless of whether it's opened.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your account within: 5-7 days for credit cards, 3-5 days for debit cards, 1-3 days for UPI/wallets, 7-10 days for net banking. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize for any mix-ups! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We'll send the correct product via express shipping at no cost to you. You can keep the wrong item as our apology, or we'll arrange a free pickup - your choice!

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges to ensure fastest service. Instead, please return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order for your desired fragrance. We'll prioritize your new order for express processing. Contact us to waive shipping charges on the replacement order.

How should I apply perfume for best results?

Apply to pulse points where blood vessels are closest to skin: wrists, neck, behind ears, inside elbows, and behind knees. The warmth helps diffuse fragrance. Apply to moisturized skin for better longevity. Don't rub wrists together - it breaks down fragrance molecules. For subtle scent, spray in air and walk through the mist.

How should I store my perfumes?

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Ideal temperature is 15-20°C. Keep bottles tightly closed to prevent evaporation. Avoid bathroom storage due to humidity. Don't shake bottles - it introduces air bubbles. Original boxes provide extra protection. Properly stored perfumes last 3-5 years.

Can I layer different fragrances?

Yes! Layering creates unique, personalized scents. Tips: Start with lighter scents as base, add deeper scents on top. Pétals + Gracé creates a romantic floral bouquet. Empress + Ravén makes a mysterious evening scent. Apply to different pulse points. Experiment to find your signature blend. Less is more - start with one spray each.

Why does perfume smell different on me than others?

Fragrance interacts with your unique body chemistry including skin pH, temperature, oils, and even diet. Oily skin amplifies and extends fragrance. Dry skin may need more frequent application. Hormones, medications, and stress can affect how perfume develops. This is why testing fragrances on your skin is important.

How many sprays should I use?

Less is more! For everyday wear: 2-3 sprays (one on each wrist, one on neck). For evening/special occasions: 3-4 sprays. For work/close quarters: 1-2 light sprays. Remember, you become nose-blind to your own fragrance after 15 minutes, but others can still smell it. When in doubt, ask a friend!

Can I wear perfume in summer heat?

Yes, but adjust your approach. Heat intensifies fragrance, so use fewer sprays. Choose lighter scents like Pétals or Gracé. Apply to clothes instead of skin to reduce intensity. Reapply more frequently as heat causes faster evaporation. Store summer fragrances in refrigerator for a cooling effect upon application.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits: track orders easily, save addresses for faster checkout, view order history, get exclusive member discounts, earn loyalty points, and receive personalized fragrance recommendations based on your preferences.
